Get Feedback On Your Short Story From an Expert
Do you have a story you are not entirely happy with? Perhaps it’s been rejected already. Or maybe it’s a story you’ve started but can’t finish? Then this day course is for you.
Bring along a draft manuscript of up to 2000 words for constructive feedback.
You will have a 25 minute slot, which gives 12 minutes reading time and 13 minutes critique time. 2000 words is the maximum length you can read in this time.
Myself and up to 7 other writers will give constructive feedback on your work which can be a story, a chapter of a novel or a feature. This is the most valuable learning tool I know. You should go away feeling inspired to do edits and/or finish the piece.

Praise for Della’s courses
“I have been attending Della’s creative writing classes for ten years now and not only have they been fun, but during this time, I have had stories published in several magazines, including Take a Break and Woman’s Weekly. I also won a prize for a short story competition run by Writers’ News magazine. Della’s teaching methods, her constructive criticism and comments have been invaluable to me as a writer.”
“Della’s courses are not only good fun, but teach how to develop your work from idea to sale. She is generous with her knowledge, and covers every aspect of fiction and non-fiction writing. Many workshops I have attended later resulted in a short story being sold. I thoroughly recommend attending. You won’t be disappointed!”
